Time for a Trade In

The new federal Cash for Clunkers program started this week and KATC interviewd some local auto dealers to see what the program is all about. The program offers up to $4500 in tax credit if you trade in an old car for a new, more fuel efficient vehicle. But you have to hurry, there is a limited amount of credit available, and the new purchase must be made before November 1.
