Entergy Not Very Satisfying

J.D. Power and Associates recently released a customer satisfaction survey of utility companies and Entergy Louisiana ranked last on the list with a satisfaction score of 576 (635 was the average for the region and CPS Energy of South Texas leads the pack with a score of 665). They looked at six key factors: power quality and reliability; price; billing and payment; corporate citizenship; communications; and customer service. Entergy-Louisiana serves many Acadiana parishes, including: Lafayette, Vermilion, St. Landry, St. Martin, Iberia.
