Rapping Fugitive

He may not be the Gingerbread Man, but a Jennings fugitive is singing, or rather rapping, taunts about how the police can't catch him. According to KLFY, the 25 year old man who is wanted on charges of carnal knowledge of a juvenile, specifically identifies himself and members of the Jennings Police Department in his rap songs that he has been releasing lately.
