Louisiana Representative John Fleming (R - Minden, LA) made national blog news today with comments he made on the conservative website townhall.com. Fleming wrote a guest post on the health care debate and said that he believes if Congressmen think the public plan is so great, they should lead by example and give up their current plan. Jason Likins of the Huffington Post wholehartedly agreed and said that if Congressmen believe that the current system of private insurance companies is so great, they should sign up for a private insurance health plan instead of the government provided medical plan that Congressmen currently enjoy.
