1:45 PM. Cajun BBQ State Championship and People's Choice Competition: Jun 12-14
This festival event will combine a sanctioned BBQ by the International Barbecue Cookers Association (IBCA) where participants will compete for cash prizes and a People's Choice Amateur Event where the winner will be chosen by festival attendees.
$5 tasting fee for People's Choice Event Friday 13th, 6:30pm, IBCA Cook-off beginning at midnight and judging begins at 10am; Saturday 14th, People's Choice 6am & voting from 12-3pm, Bike Tour 7:30am; Sunday 15th, Restaurant Food Challenge 11am
Cajundome Convention Center, 444 Cajundome Blvd., Lafayette Parish.
