KATC reports that James Francis of Lafayette will appear on Fox TV show America's Most Wanted in a segment that call "15 Seconds Of Shame". Francis allegedly shot and killed
Qaher Abualoff at the Food World grocery store in August of last year. Francis' criminal history includes: 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Rape, Aggravated Assault, and Weapons Violations. He is also
known to always carry a gun. There is a cash reward for his arrest, and it is advised not to attempt to
