Here's a plea from The Daily Meaux - Acadiana - please try to keep your cars on the road, not in other people's buildings. First someone drove through Faulk's on Pinhook about a year ago (where a new slogan "Go TO Faulks, not THRU Faulk's" was born), another drove through National Cleaners last month and now someone has driven into The Grove at Plantation Apartments (on Liberty Ave, off Kaliste Saloom). This time KATC is reporting that a taxi cab was stolen last night after the passenger was refused service at several area bars. The suspect left the final bar and allegedly smashed the car window, took the vehicle, and ended up crunched in the apartment building.
