It stands at 84, including four unsigned draft picks _ cornerback Malcolm Jenkins (1st round), safety Chip Vaughn (4a), linebacker Stanley Arnoux (4b) and punter Thomas Morstead (5). That means several high-profile free agents, such as running back Edggerin James, linebacker Derrick Brooks and cornerback Adam "Pacman'' Jones, likely will not be wearing Black and Gold when the team hits the practice field July 31. In other Saints news, Ed Anderson, of the Times-Picayune reports that a bill allowing the State to lease 320,000 sq. feet of office space in the Dominion Towers building from Saints owner, Tom Benson, took only 2 minutes to pass the Senate unanimously 38-0. The state is expected to pay $24 a square foot for the leased space as a major component of the deal to keep the Saints in New Orleans through 2025.
