There has been quite a controversy over Glenn Murphree's request to rezone a portion of Elmhurst Park neighborhood. He asked the City Council to rezone a piece of property adjacent to Olde Tyme Grocery so he could use it for additional parking but many residents of the neighborhood were opposed.
