Green Jobs Growing

The Times Picayune has an article on a Pew Charitable Trusts survey that found Green jobs grew 6 times faster in Louisiana than overall jobs between 1998 and 2007. From the article:

There are more than 10,000 jobs in Louisiana's clean energy economy, Pew said, and annual incomes range from $21,000 to $111,000.

"Louisiana has witnessed a much faster rate of job growth in the clean energy economy than total jobs in the state," said Kil Huh, project director, Pew Center on the States and lead researcher on the report.
