Breaking News! WWL is reporting that authorities have caught the guy that was behind all the JCPenney break-ins that we told you about back in August. Hector Castillo of Houston is accused of masterminding all the thefts and is known to have used at least 27 different aliases and 16 different social security numbers. Castillo has been charged with multiple charges of theft totalling several million dollars and Deputies said that during questioning, he admitted to his involvement in five JC Penney burglaries: Covington and Lafayette, Louisiana; Rosenburg and Pasadena, Texas; and Indianapolis, Indiana.
