Once again Louisiana is the home of the Republican response to a Presidential address. First, Governor Jindal gave the response to President Obama's first address to Congress and now Representative Charles Boustany of Louisiana's 7th Congressional District will give the Republican response following President Obama's address to a joint session of Congress this Wednesday night. According to CBSnews.com, House Republican Leader John Boehner identified Boustany as the point person in Republican efforts to work with Congressional Democrats on health care reform.
