Training Missions at Fort Polk

The Army Times picked up a really interesting story Bruce Brown of the Advertiser wrote about a recent visit he made to Fort Polk. He writes about the simulated training program he witnessed that the soldiers conduct before they deploy to "hostile foreign assignments". They build full mock Iraqi villages complete with Arabic street signs and civilians milling around the market dressed as locals to conduct practice missions.
