Round Houses for Hurricanes

Extreme Home Makeover recently visited the home of a Westwego First Responder to redo his hurricane damaged house. For the rebuild, they wanted to create a hurricane-proof home so they worked with a company called Deltec Homes and built it round. With round houses the wind is able to easily flow around the structure instead of pound into it, thus making it often times, the only house left standing after a storm.
