A disgruntled Wal-mart shopper has been arrested for allegedly causing thousands of dollars in damage by setting three racks of clothing in the men's department on fire after they wouldn't allow him to make a return. According to a story in the Herald-Tribune, the arsonist fled the scene in a tan pick-up truck but was apprehended down the road at another Wal-mart store. The incident occurred in Florida, but the suspect was from Monroe.
