Brothers in Corruption

Former State Representative William Jefferson's brother, Mose, filed papers today requesting that his completely separate and unrelated corruption charges be dropped as they are, as he claims, politically motivated by outrage against his brother. Mose was indicted last month, along with his girlfriend and other relatives, for allegedly conspiring to pocket hundreds of thousands of dollars in grant money designated for charitable and educational causes. tsk, tsk... has the full Associated Press story.
