Hmm, I Doubt It

OK, this was posted by a guy named Dugas, so there's some cred there. But I really doubt this gumbo from Bozeman, Montana tastes "spot on". For one thing, it's green. I mean, maybe if you never had gumbo cooked by the late wife of D. L. Menard, Louella (like I have) than yeah, I'm sure it tastes fine. Maybe I'll make the trek to Montana just to make sure. Or you can judge for yourself here.
