Great...Just What We Didn't Need

So, President Obama comes down for the first time since he's been in office to visit New Orleans. Should be a good day for Louisiana right? National cameras all pointing our way, it'd be a nice time to show how far we've come since Katrina and Rita, and focus the attention on the work that needs to be done for our coastal wetlands, and the New Orleans levee system. Granted, some of that took place today. But now, here's a headline out of Hammond that appeared on the Huffington Post: Interracial Couple Denied Marriage License By Louisiana Judge.
