Mike Triplet of the Times-Picayune has run two stories on the status of the league suspensions of Will Smith, Charles Grant, and former Saint Deuce McAllister. A federal judge in Minnesota, has thrown out their lawsuit against the NFL contesting their suspensions for testing positive for a banned diuretic during last season.Triplet also filed a story with the reactions from Saints coach Sean Payton, and McAllister here.
