Over the years, there has been a great deal of discussion about building an Acadiana Bike Trail along the Vermilion River, but now that vision may become a reality. According to The Advocate, the state Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism has allocated $100,000 in funding to the project and said that it could potentially become an annual allotment.photo by: cybertoad
